Who Am I

My name is Andrea Kilday, and I am a taekwondo athlete from New Zealand.

Over the years, I have dedicated myself to mastering this martial art, competing in numerous international competitions, including the World Taekwondo Championships.

One of the highlights of my career was representing New Zealand in the women's flyweight category at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. Taekwondo has been a significant part of my life, and I am passionate about the discipline, skill, and perseverance it demands. I am the owner of Superior Taekwondo.

What Days and Times Are the Classes

Group Fitness Classes will be in the mornings of Tuesday and Thursday , time to be confirmed. Bring your kids to run around if you want. I dont mind if you dont mind

What are the Extras?

There will be a challenge of some sort for every day and every week. We will share a at home video available on Youtube. We can track calories together with the MyFitnessPal app.
